Nucleus will have a floor area of about 1.4 million sq ft comprising corporate offices, serviced apartments, Soho and retail outlets housed in eight blocks of high-rise buildings and one low-rise. Currently ongoing is the construction of a 7-storey car park building on the former McDonald's outlet site and the adjacent piece of land to provide some 692 parking bays. Boustead Properties is also bringing in a children edutainment centre, Kidzania, into the new building. A new hotel, located behind e@Curve, is also currently under construction. In a little less than a decade, Mutiara Damansara in Petaling Jaya has become a highly sought-after real estate development.
