Either party may terminate your use of theedgeproperty.com, effectively immediately, at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, your right to use theedgeproperty.com immediately ceases. We shall not be liable to you nor to any third party for such termination.

Where a paid subscription of theedgeproperty.com is terminated, we will upon your request refund to you the pro-rata portion of the amount of the subscription fee paid for the unexpired portion of the subscription period. No refund shall be given however if the termination is due to your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

In addition we reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately terminate your access to and use of theedgeproperty.com if you shall fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions.
